A familiar face
As a client of Townend, you’ll get a dedicated account manager. They’ll always be available for you whether this is your first project with us or your 99th. We believe in getting to know you and your business. One point of contact means minimal crossed wires.
Building on the point mentioned above, your account manager will keep you informed every step of the way. You’re never left wondering what’s going on.
Where appropriate, we use open standards, building upon open source frameworks such as WordPress. This means you’re not tied to us and are free to move your business elsewhere (contract permitting). We want you to choose to do business with us.
We never outsource design
At Townend, we’re predominately design orientated. This doesn’t mean we’re afraid to get technical, but if needs be we’ll pull in specialist knowledge from our list of approved partners. This won’t affect your budget or your dealings with us and you’ll still deal directly with your dedicated account manager. We will, however, never do this for design work. Townend believes that outsourcing design dilutes the purity of the aims. One in house design team, one goal: To make your brand last.
It’s your brand, to keep
Some design companies retain the copyright to your design work, so every time you use your own design materials, you pay them a fee. This is ridiculous! It’s your brand, and you paid them for the design work. When you commission work from Townend, it’s yours to keep and benefit from. Forever.
Big or small, there’s not many things we can’t manage. We aim to be your one point of contact for branding work.
There’s no hourly rates or uncertainty here, before we start work we agree on a price. It’ll probably be less than you think.
